Is my child an alien? /February 7, 2014
The problems we face on planet earth cannot be solved without a shift in consciousness. If we can't realise that shift, don't worry our kids will. How do I know this? Well, communicating with the new kids requires the same purity of intention as communication with ETI (extra-terrestrial intelligence). Hence the title, is my child an alien?
For those of you still with me I will try to connect those dots and probably reveal aspects of my thinking which will leave some of you concerned for my well-being, and others wondering if it's me who is from another planet.
The Imperative of Consciousness
The ET bit comes from a chap called Dr. Steven Greer. I am sure most of you are familiar with his work including his recent film release Sirius. If not, he is the guy behind the Disclosure movement and, in my opinion, he presents the most reasoned and credible information about alien life forms. His latest article included the following paragraph:
There is no doubt that we are dealing with beings who are capable of reading, by both telepathic and conventional means, our true intentions and motivations, and who can sense the "spirit of our endeavor". Success requires that the spirit of our endeavor be one of scientific openness, the search for truth, altruism, selflessness, harmlessness and non-covetousness. A desire for the peaceful furtherance of the ETI- Human relationship is paramount. For these reasons, "purity of motive" on the part of human researchers and investigators is a primary requisite while specific skills, expertise and technology are important but secondary considerations. The breadth and clarity of our consciousness is imperative and transcends all other considerations. Our obsession with technology and outward things tends to obscure the Big Picture of the ETI/Human relationship, and all that it entails. While competence and knowledge cannot be slighted, we must insist on the primary importance of consciousness. In this regard, it is likely that a novice possessed of noble intentions and equipped with only a flashlight would meet (has met?) with greater success than a governmental agency motivated by lesser intentions, even though it has advanced technology, personnel and billions of dollars at its disposal. Indeed, an aboriginal with only a bonfire may go further in the establishment of communication and the discovery of truth!
Whilst Dr, Greer was talking about ETI to me he could have been talking about the new kids, the economy, health, the environment....anything.
When working with kids at aCREATIVEspace, the greatest lesson I learned was that to have a meaningful communication with them, verbal or non-verbal, required Presence....they would tend to show up when I did! Most of the other "behaviours" or "issues" were simply mirroring my state of consciousness. If I showed up with an energy of fear or distraction that would be demonstrated by the child.
In short, to allow these children to really show us their gifts we need to raise our consciousness above the level of fear or anxiety. Put crudely, we need to grow up and take responsibility for ourselves, our energy and our intentions. An ET detecting "purity of motive" is no different to a dog smelling fear, and our children do both without necessarily being aware of it. It is their natural state of being.
We may or may not be fortunate enough to be witness to, or indeed a part of, a maturation of consciousness which invites a wave of ET inspired technology but I am certain our children will be. They are hard wired for the "truth, altruism, selflessness, harmlessness and non-covetousness" which was conditioned or beaten out of us.
Until we collectively attain a level of consciousness which transcends the prevailing survivalist mentality we will remain locked in our world of "problems". The irony is that once we are mature enough to access the "technologies" of which Dr. Greer writes, we will no longer need them for the reasons we do now.
Nanu, nanu
