Fear is a coward

"For many years I have felt centered in my own connection with spirit but as of late these new energies are off the scale. They are coming in waves, increasing exponentially bringing up the past (sometimes ancient) memories to process and deal with." 

The words above were from an article by James Gilliland which described the current energies perfectly. To remain a detached observer at the moment is almost impossible as we are all being given (yet another) opportunity to look our "stuff" in the eye. In fact my suspicion is that this time we are not meant to remain detached or look away. 

The only reason to look away is fear, and my sense is that now is the time to engage that fear. You see by its very nature fear is scared. It is an illusion which if looked at directly will run and hide. Fear is a coward, and has no substance. 

For too long the world has been governed by fear and that can only happen if we at an individual level are similarly cowed by our own illusions. As each of us look our stuff in the eye and say no to fear, the ripples will spread. 

At the moment we are being given so many opportunities to say no to fear and to let go of a past which so often imprisons us and each choice of love as opposed to fear sends a wave of energy not just through ourselves but across the universe. 

As ever there remains choice, fear or love, but I know which wave I would rather surf,
